Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of Follow My Lead, a server-based introducer relationship platform owned and operated by The Property Consultancy Group Limited. Registered Office: Unit 1, The Cam Centre, Wilbury Way, Hitchin, Hertfordshire, SG4 0TW. Contact: info@followmy-lead.co.uk.

Follow My Lead is designed for mortgage brokers. The platform helps manage introducer relationships, mortgage and insurance referrals, solicitor pipelines, reporting, branded invoices and remittances, user management and related business administration.

The platform does not provide mortgage advice, insurance advice, legal advice, financial advice or compliance services. Customers remain responsible for all regulated activities and business decisions.

The platform is intended for business users aged 18 or over with authority to act on behalf of their organisation.

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting passwords and ensuring only authorised users access the platform.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via GoCardless Direct Debit. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Customers may cancel before the next billing date. No partial refunds are provided for unused periods unless required by law.

Customers retain ownership of all data uploaded to Follow My Lead. The Property Consultancy Group Limited processes that data solely to provide and support the service.

The customer acts as the Data Controller and The Property Consultancy Group Limited acts as the Data Processor in accordance with UK GDPR. A separate Data Processing Agreement forms part of these Terms.

All intellectual property rights in Follow My Lead, including software, branding, documentation and content, remain the property of The Property Consultancy Group Limited.

We aim to provide a reliable service and will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability. Planned maintenance may occur from time to time. Support is available via info@followmy-lead.co.uk during published business hours.

We may suspend access for non-payment, misuse or security concerns. Customers may cancel their subscription before the next billing cycle. Following termination, customer data will normally be retained for up to 90 days before deletion unless otherwise required by law.

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by English law. Customers remain responsible for decisions made using information stored within the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
